Approx. 85 m² of reclaimed Belgian black limestone tiles in a 44 x 44 cm (approx. 17.3" x 17.3") square format, salvaged by De Opkamer from an 19th-century church in Klundert, in the south of the Netherlands (Europe). The tiles have been cleaned, calibrated to approx. 2.5 cm in our own workshops and packed in strong export crates – first choice antique stone floor tiles, ready to install.
This batch of antique limestone floor tiles comes from the original stone floor of an 19th-century church in Klundert, North Brabant, the Netherlands. Our team at De Opkamer carefully lifted the historic floor, transported the stone to our yard in Made and processed it in our workshops. The result is a high-quality reclaimed European stone flooring suitable for international residential and hospitality projects.
The material is a dark Namur-type limestone, comparable to Noir de Mazy / Basecles, with a calm dark grey to almost black appearance. Each tile shows an authentic aged surface with natural patina and gently worn edges – visible signs of use that give these reclaimed limestone tiles their character, without making the floor overly rustic.
All tiles are cut in a fixed 44 x 44 cm format, which creates a quiet, balanced layout that works particularly well in entrance halls, kitchens, wine cellars and living spaces. The entire batch has been calibrated to approximately 2.5 cm thickness, making these reclaimed limestone floor tiles suitable for renovation projects, installation on a well-prepared screed and use with underfloor heating. The tiles are sorted and stacked in solid export crates, so this antique stone floor arrives on site organised and ready for your installer.
